How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to privacy@amarilloautomation.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Include the following information:

  • Full name as it appears in our records
  • Email address(es) associated with your account
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Specific data you want deleted (or "all personal data")
  • Reason for deletion request (optional)

Step 2: Identity Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may involve:

  • Confirming details from your account or previous communications
  • Requesting additional identification if needed
  • Verification phone call for high-value accounts

Step 3: Processing & Confirmation

Once verified, we will process your request and send confirmation when deletion is complete.

Complete deletion within 30 days (most requests completed within 7 days)

Important Limitations

Data We May Need to Retain

  • Active Service Contracts: Client data necessary for ongoing projects may be retained until project completion
  • Legal Requirements: Financial records, contracts, and compliance data as required by law
  • Security Logs: Anonymized security and access logs for up to 90 days
  • Backup Systems: Data in encrypted backups may take up to 90 days to be fully purged

Third-Party Services

We use several third-party services that may have their own data deletion procedures:

Google Services (Analytics, Ads)

We will disable tracking for your data. For complete deletion from Google's systems, visit Google My Account

Email Service Providers

Email communications will be deleted from our systems, but may remain in your email provider's systems

CRM and Project Management Tools

Client data will be removed from all connected business tools and databases

After Deletion

Once your data has been deleted:

  • You will receive written confirmation of the deletion
  • We will no longer be able to provide personalized services
  • Any active service agreements may need to be renegotiated
  • You may re-engage our services in the future with fresh data collection
